I have purchased a Micromax Q2 Mobile from King Telecommunication (address: Bagbazar, Chandanagar, Hooghly) on dated 26/4/10.
Within three month the original charger was damaged (vide IMEI 1. 910040042933247 & IMEI 2 : 910040043943245).
To get the replacement of the charger i have gone to a Micromax authorized service center (Technique Services (West Bengal), 84-A Central Avenue Kolkata, West Bengal
Pin Code. : 700012, Phone No. : 9830335150-3340071827, Email: [email protected]) on dated 23/7/10. I have got a job card no. 418 and was informed that i will get the new charger with a week.
After getting several phone calls and reminder they failed to give me the charge till date.
If Micromax service is so poor then how any one able to purchase Micromax handset in future. How I can bye.
