I had purchased on Micromax Q7 model and on very next day it stopped charging and later on I approached the dealer and the Micro Max service centres but without any result.
Total working of Micro Max Mobile is worst, service centres worst, customer care worst i mean to say that there is no body to listen to. My newly purchased set is lying at home, received back unrepaired and unrepairable from the micromax, it is there fore requested not even/never think of purchasing Micro max mobiles. I have lost the money but i would not like my friend circle to loose the hard earned money.
Request please forward this message to as many as possible to stop loss of hard earned money of those you care.
