Phone given to service centre not returned for app 3 months

I bought this micromax mobile on 11/08/10.The wifi in it got bad and i gave it to its authorized service center Kaiser Electronics on 02/11/10.The job no for this is m/8645.

This is the third month and i was told it will take another 20-25 days. Four months to repair a phone is unacceptable. They have not even provided me with a standby phone.

The contact no of this Kaiser Telecom is 022-23427465, 022-23434469.This has put me to severe in convinence. The price of the phone has now fallen by 25 percent..Strict action should be taken against these companies.
