Onida Microwave 25L
Microwave door broken 3 months back till date no repair/replacement

Hi

I purchased Onida Microwave 25L oven in October. After few days, door lock of microwave got broken. I have complaint Onida customer care i think around 100 times till date. I even talk to head of Chandigarh department. Till date no one has come to repair/replace it. I am fed up of calling Onida customer care. Don't know what to do. Please help me out.
