Ridiculous after sales service

Purchased a new A60 on 08.12.2010 and the phone stopped working on 25.01.2011. The touch screen did not work at all. Tried to choose one of their 2 service centers listed on their site, both were crowed with people abusing the poor service center owners who were clueless on what they were to reply. Both centers had a minimum wait time or 2 hours before they could take the faulty product. So chose to call the customer service of Micromax who provided me with a third service center at Chennai - not listed on their site. Maybe this is meant as a back up option for really pissed off customers to cool them down. Went to V connect solutions, not too much of a crowd, handed over the handset on 31.01.2011 and got a job card date with expected date of delivery as 03.02.2011. So here we are on 17.02.2011 and the same state of affairs at the service centre:

1. No response to calls.

2. Has provided with 1 contact number which is forever busy.

3. If lucky to speak to a human on the other end, the human is worse than a machine as he is clueless about whats the state of progress on the product.

To sum it up:

Product - Absolutely useless

After sales service - RIDICULOUS

DO NOT BUY A MICROMAX PRODUCT UNLESS YOU HAVE NO BETTER WORK THAN BEING AT A SERVICE CENTER
