Poor quality of service

I gave my Micromax Q5 mobile for service on February 24 and today is April 09 still i have not received my mobile and they are not responding at all. They just say that mobile has been sent to delhi and has not yet returned. All the micromax mobile with track ball needs to be serviced twice within the warranty period. When they is such problem with these mobiles their sales has to be banned.
