Failed to deliver the product which was sent for service even after two weeks from the promised date

I have given my Micromax mobile (Model - Andro A60) for service due to disfunctioning. The product was given for service on 16/ 04. They have promised one week to get it back. But when asked after a week, they are asked me to collect it two weeks late. i.e May 5th. Now, when i contacted them, they are asking an extra one week to wait because the mobile has been sent to Head office for some board replacement. Im toatally disatisfied with this improper notification and service. Please take action ASAP.
