My self Amit Nagpal. I am unsatisfied customer of micromax mobile. This is My first time I purchased two Micromax x505 mobile. In one them getting Problem. I purchased this mobile from letsbuy.comon dated 8/4. On dated 12/4, Battery Of this mobile got dead. When i visited to service center, Panipat. they have no stock of battery. Your executive deposited My battery and told me Please visit again after 15 days. In market, no substitute of this kind of battery. Now i am fed up from services. My job card no. 2778.date 14/4.service center address. Zoom Care, opp. Canera bank, Near bhim ghoda mandir, panipat, 132103. i called Many Times to customer care no of micromax 01149790000. but no one pick up my call. Already Mailed this matter to micromax on dated 15/4 still not respond just assurance our team working on your complain. 28 days gone still no arrangement to replacing battery. From 28 days My Phone is switch off. Now My question "who will bear For loss Of warranty Period? Please do necessary action against micromax company
