My Micromax mobile (X505 Psych) is under warranty and there was an issue
with the TouchPad which was not functioning. Hence i gave the phone at the service centre i.e Cell’Q Communications Pvt. Ltd. located at G-187 & G-336, Upper Ground Floor, Dreams Mall, Off. L.B.S. Marg for the repair work.
The official did not give me the jobsheet number as well as the order number saying that he had stamped the back of the bill which would be sufficient when i come to collect the phone. He gave me the xerox copy of the bill and when recently i called up asking him for the order number, the representatives refused to give me the order date as well as the order number.i had given the phone on 28/05 and i have the stamp of Cell'Q at the back of the bill as a proof of the matter.
Now it has been around 22 days and still the phone is not repaired. The official at Cell'Q informed me that the touch pad hasn't arrived. What is the use of buying a new phone from Micromax if the phone doesn't work?
i visited the office of Cell’Q Communications Pvt. Ltd. thrice yet they say that the touchpad hasn't arrived. Also when i contacted the customer care center of Micromax (Phone number :--01144770000), they asked me to send a mail regarding the same. I tried to contact the manager of customer care
but the customer care executives refused my request. One of them, a girl called Anu who is one of the customer care associates in Micromax head office even dropped the call after saying that they cannot transfer the call to the manager.
They gave me a complaint number for reference i.e MMX1306113089.When i gave the complaint in writing to them on [email protected], i haven't received a response from them regarding the same.
When i told the service centre associates as well as the customer care associates at the Micromax customer care that i will take this issue with the consumer court, they rudely replied saying that "Do whatever you want, we don't care."
Please assist me in this matter. I personally feel that i have not been treated properly and should get a new phone as a replacement for all the trouble i had to undergo due to Micromax
