Not getting response from service centre concern

I've handed over my Micro-max Q5C as on July 23 to local S.S.Telecom (Authorized service point of Micro-max mobile) Shop No - 102, 1st floor, Kaushalya Estate Bander Bagicha, Dak Banglow Road, Patna - 800001, for the purpose of software installation and as you know that today we're on August 24 but the thing is still I've not received my handset. This is the work performance of Micro-max mobile service center.
