Charged for repair under warranty

My mobile is under warranty, some on / off button issue, i took it to the service center in Hadapsar pune, they charged me 250/- by saying that the button is broken from inside and there is no warranty for that. No one will switch on mobile phone using a hammer, people use finger only. I paid and got it repaired, same problem again started after few days and I was bit busy i didnt take the phone immediately, i took it after 1 month, Service center said they will charge again 250/-
