I had purchased Micromax mobile model A60 6 months back. The touch panel suddenly stopped working. I contacted Micromax customer care and they asked me to come to Noida office to submit mobile.
I reside in greater noida, and I had to take off from my office to go to service center. The service center person denied any help mentioning that moisture has gone in mobile. Even though I requested that there was no such case, he denied getting repaired under warranty.
It led to unnecessary harassment and waste of time for me. I request you to take action on the above issue. Service quality of Micromax mobile is extremely bad.
