Myself Jiju Thankachan, using C503 visited to kadavanthara branch which is located at eranakulam, kerala, (india) for a small complaint, i was not getting my mails in inbox, i have visited three times for the same reason. for that they have formated my handset and memory card. Is it required to format the memory card for the same reason. And still the problems are remains same. yesterday i went to kadavanthara brand at 10:30am and informed the same problem is remains still. They promised me that will rectify in 15minuts because i had to go at 12:30 to office. They made me to wait till 1:00 pm. The staffs are irresposible and never respect customer feeling. They are not even bother about rectify the problem and they were busy on theirown business. When i asked atlast for the status they gave back the mobile and told that you just create a mail box and do it manually, then why should i go to Nokia care if i could done manually. Hope that the top management will take proper action and point out from the view of customer,
