I bought a Micromax mobile phone (Model A70) on October later in the month of February the mobile got malfunctioned (touch screen problem), hence i approched the service center since my mobile is under warranty period. In the service center on 9/2 they registred my complaint and gave the jobsheet (#0305690212623540) item# 911115000102651 and service #9566139900. Till date there was no responce from them and when ever i enquired they ask me to call after a weeknow its two months down the line and they still keep on telling the same reason.
Then i called the call center @1860500886 and registed a complaint on the response that i received from the service center, they took that complaint and gave me the complaint #120312387 and ask me to wait for 15 days. After 15 days i called the call center and they still want me to wait for another 20 days for further response.
Please advice me on how i need to take further in getting my mobile back.
