My micro max phone Queb 560x audio jack is faulty and the problem starting from the beginning when i purchase it. i went service canter with this problem but the manager of service canter said this is a physical problem and the company is not responsible for it. i did talk with customer care but they said the jack will not repair in warranty. it will repair in RS.350 in the warranty. My phone is still in the warranty. i want to say you all the viewer who want to purchase it. please don't purchase micro max phone because it is a bad quality product. they resolve the problem but it will be payable. i am very disappointed from the micro max phone i will never purchase it in the future. i will go consumer court against it.
