Complaint: Suddenly No Screen Display
We went to the dealer (M/s Tecno, 18/1, Double Storey, Prem Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi-58) on 23-08-09 but they just referred to us to service centre "Move n Talk" also TATA INDICOM showroom.
When we approached "Move n Talk", Jail road, &--gt;They also referred us to Palam Service Center with ph no 011-65763120, & no response from this number.
We are not getting any service either from your dealer (M/s Tecno) Or Service Center and felt like we have been cheated. While selling Mobile Phone dealer mentioned about goodies about company. MNC & fast in customer satisfaction with promt customer services
But our experience is different.
On 22-10-09 I personally visited RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, they gave report after checking the hand set that "Its LCD is broken" _You have to contact company directly...
I tried several times on Company's gurgaon office 0124-4009601/2&--gt; There is no response..
Tried their authorized service center: Mobile Master, Micro technology, : Every dealer is abusing company like anything..
After no response from any where, we request you to kindly look into the matter & resolve at the earliest.
