I have also purchased micromax GC360 mobile phone on 27-4 from M/s Sri Ram Enterprises, Sec-4, Bokaro Steel City.after 15 days message coming on display Bad connection on charging time and also extra problem related to software. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company and service center. i am busy man and i have no time . today i go to service center Moto Assist Digital Equipment centre sec-4, B.S.City. the service man say that problem is L4. and take 24 day solve the problem.i want to say that what i am doing in 24 days. i am suffering a lot. Kindly arrange a service providing in 2 and 3 days.
