Micromax mobile handset X-360 purchased on 15.1.2010 had to be tendered for repairs at the authorised service centre Saini Mobile Care, Panchkula, Haryana who unduly charged Rs. 200.00 on a wrong pretxt vide Job Card no.102763 dt. 19.03.2010. Manufacturer's claims about quality of product n service appear to be utterly false.. Raj Arora
