Hello Sir,

I had given my micromaw X114 handset for repair to the authorized service centre (Nidus Technologies, Sak building, Chitoor road, Pullepady Jn, Cochin, Ph 09895330967) dated 12.04. Customer job card no 1404092 for not working of my handset they have agreed to give my mobile in 15 days of time yet i didnt get any response from them I have called them several times they told its mother board issue and it has been sent to chennai to get repaired later they told they will replace a new mobile and they didnt give any reply or response, I have purchased the mobile from Univer Cell Tele communications India Private Ltd. Inv No: p.onl/1140 still not received... i think its a verry comon problem with m-max... the service center manager promised me to return back my mobile within another 15 working days saying that my mobile has been sent to head office.again. its already been some 30 days still i have not got my mobile back...!!Please help...
