I wrote first letter on dated 29.03.2010 stating my query and requesting for required action to be taken regarding my mobile phone but till now my problem not solved. More over when I called up your service centre (Infinity Solutions), Mr. Ravi of infinity solutions told me that he not yet received this spare and not sure about date also when this particular part will come. He asked me to contact Mr. Anil (Service Coordinator) but when I tried to contact him, he is not lifting phone also.
History - I have purchased Q5 Ezpad mobile on 19.02.2010 from Tushar Mobile Shop, kharadi, Pune. I got problem in handset with in 10 days from purchase date. Nature of problem is whenever I use hands free even after I remove it mobile will remain in hands free mode only, it will not change over to general user profile. So I cannot attend calls with out hands free, even if you try to change it general user profile through options it is not possible. I have contacted Micromax customer care regarding the same, they asked me to contact service centre. I have submitted my handset for repair to Infinity Solutions (Authorised Service centre of Micromax), Pune on 02.03.2010. Till date I have not got my mobile handset back, when ever I call them up they say we have referred this case to our head office and we need spare (PCB) from them then only it will be solved. I spoke to Mr. Anil (Service Coordinator), he assured me that it will be done by 16th MAR10 after he said 4 days more to complete. Now when I tried to contact him, he is not lifting my call. My mobile is with you people for more days than with me. Please look into this issue on priority.
