I bought a micro max hand set in the the month of September. After 3 months the keypad was not working properly and then after a month phone was not getting charged. I gave the phone to the micro max service center in Anna Nagar twice but the problem remains the same. I tried getting the solution from the customer care but got the rude reply i.e. we can not replace the phone you need to go again to the service center. i want to register the complain against the micro max.

Hope to get the solution for the same as soon as possible.
