GOOD DAY SIR, IAM CH.SANJEEV KIRAN WORKING IN SHIPPING INDUSTRY (VIZAG). ON 11-07-10 I PURCHESED NEW MICROMAX MOBILE Q-5 MODEL IN VIZAG.FORM STARTING ONWARDS IAM NOT GETTING GOOD SIGNAILS IN MY MOBILE DUE TO THIS I CANNOT ABLE TO RECEIVE INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS.DUE TO THIS ON 20.10.10 AM HRS I VIST THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE WHICH WAS OFFERD BY THE COMPANY.I EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM TO THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE.THE INCHARGE OF THE SERVICE CENTER PROMISE ME THAT HE WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH IN 5 DAYS AND RETURN MY MOBILE IN GOOD CONDITION.BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT RECEVIED MY MOBILE ARE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE QUERY EVERYDAY IAM VISITING TO THE SERVICE CENTER BUT I NOT GETTING ANY INFORMATION.SO PLEASE KINDLY ACCEPT MY COMPLAINT THANKING YOU
