No change of dead handset by shopkeepe

I (Chandan Sharma, phone number-09334535002) had bought a mobile set of micromax Q5. but after opening the box I got the set was not working properly. then after I went to the shopkeeper but he told me that it is not our responsibility. you should go to the service centre. then after I went to authorised service centre. the service centre took 20 days to repair the set, but they could not be succeed to repair. and finally made a DOA CERTIFICATE. but the shop keeper says me that it will take 25 days to change the handset. that is why I want my money back due to the delay and bad service of the company. i am not staying in this city, that is why I am unable to wait and come regularly according to their date and spend money. The name of the shop is "HELLO BROTHER" SAKCHI, JAMSHEDPUR, (near petrol pump)
