Mobile Service Very Delay

Dear Sir,

I Have Purchase a Micromax Mobile Handset Q7 silver color last month July-10, and now there is a prob. is software & not Switch on. I goes to micromax mobile service center, ghaziabad and tell him about the prob. & he said to me, your handset will be repair by co. & return with in 10 days.

I gave my handset 9-8-10 to service center and after 10 days i called service center and the reply was service center executive your mobile is now company. and company have not send us ur mobile set and I m going to After 10 days but executive are give me a more 10 days but not Response. I have not received my hand set. The Service Center Address is "NEW MOBILE WORLD, 117, CHOTI BAZARIA, RAILWAY ROAD, GHAZIABAD (U.P.) PH: 0120-3011921, 09211656667, 09311767571, 09278000803.

Kindly Suggest me what can i do?
