2. First Visit of Service centre: Dec. 2010 regarding mobile Power charging defect (Power doesn’t switch ON).- Problem Resolved but Last for just couple of Months.
3. Second visit of service centre: 17.06.11 regarding mobile Power charging defect (Power doesn’t switch ON) but query did not solved and returned defected mobile back.
4. Third Visit of service centre: 28.07.11 regarding mobile Power charging defect and surrendered the mobile in improper condition to get either the same Mobile in proper condition or get the Fresh Mobile Handset. I’ve made number of calls to Customer care centre and Service centre but got the same & repeated replies every time that the Query is under process and ask for the same Request No. and Complaint no. but don’t provide the Status of the Query.
5. Fourth Visit of Service centre: On 07.09.11 visited the Service Centre for enquiring the status of respective Mobile Handset query again I got the same & repeated replies every time that the Query is under process and ask for the same Request No. and Complaint no. but don’t provide the Status of the Query. I had to make number of calls and Query Mails to the Micromax Mobile Company and personally visited Its Authorized Service centre but till today didn’t received any positive response or Mobile Handset from them.
2) RELIEF: I want Full Refund and compensation for mental harassment and financial expenses (Traveling for the Service centre visits, Making calls and waiting for the long time over Phone and had to purchased a new Mobile handset to remain available with my network). I don’t want to get a fresh handset from the Micromax because Again I will have to roam around for the proper service from Micromax Company.
