sub: Replacement for Micromax X550 set.
Sir,
i m very much disappointed with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint to ur Tamanna Infotech service centre vakola but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many problems in last 5 Months about my Micromax X550 battery suddenly shut down and taking 5 to 6 hours to charg etc. I bought Micromax x550 set on 13/11 from ALFA (andheri), during the period, i m very disappointed by the quality of your ur service centre (Tamanna Infotech, vacola pipeline) also, they not providing proper service, and responce. They use to keep mobile for 1 month but doing nothing with mobile and gave it back. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.
