I had purchased i micromax mobile hand set on 7/8 from shanti communications 316 rajinder nagar industrial area mohan nagar ghaziabad and given to the companys service centre for repairing for around 5 times in the last 3 months, they always assure me that they are sending it to company and it will either replaced otherwise repaired properly but after 3 months and around my 40 visits and 500 phone calls (because they dont pick the phone normally) its still not working so i am left with no option to initiate legally through consumer court
