I had bought Micromax C112 on dated 15.01.11 from Naveen Trading Co, Karol Bagh, an authorised dealer of Micromax Phones vide invoice no. 3235 dated 15.01.11.
In January'11 itself the phone had problem of non availability of Mobile network which had been repaired by the company under the warranty terms.
On 25.06.11, the phone again had prooblem of display and had been surrendered to M/s S K Enterprise, Near Shadipur Metro Station, Delhi 08 under the warranty terms vide their Job sheet No. 30667-0611-50385 / R1106F0104782. The details entered in the Job Sheet are as follows
- Without accident C112/SERMOB0031/A100000E646919
- Warranty- Yes
- Symptom- 4904 Display Black Lines
- Remark- Line in Display
The phone had been checked thoroughly 4 times in front of me and then only had been accepted under the warranty.
On 13.07.11, when i went to collect the Phone, M/s S K Enterprise, Near Shadipur Metro Station, Delhi 08 denied that phone had been rejected under the warranty & misbehaved with me. Also he tried to put the remarks on the Job Sheet but due to my attention he couldn't.
From above you will observe that the Phone had some or the other problem right from begining and even in the short span of 6 months from the date of purchase, it had not performed.
I would also like to inform you that We have been using 4 sets of Micromax at my home currently which have no problem but this set has made us upset with the performance.
You will kindly appreciate that the said Phone had the problems right from begining and had been accepted under the warranty terms. We therefore request you to kindly replace this set with the new one for me who is a very loyal Micromax customer and hence request resolution of this issue at the earliest.
