Sir,

I am a student of BHU. I gave a mobile MICROMAX-Q5, which is in gaurantee period, for trac ball problem in your service center at VARANASI on 08/11.

Above one month has passed they are not delivering my mobile or not giving any correct information regarding it. On this situation if you will not return my mob. within 2 days from today 11/12 and take a proper action then i will go to the CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST YOUR CO. and WILL ALSO START A ANTI MICROMAX CELL FOR NOT PURCHASING THE MICROMAX MOBILES. And whole responsibility will be of MICROMAX CO.
