Not get my mobil back given to company to repair & r in waranty

I hv gave my mobile to company for repair as it is going to hangg & are in waranty on 17/08 & they said to tk it back after 1 week buttt now on 21/04 tillllll now i have not get it back after 8 monthssss as they said every time to take it on next week, then another next week, ..& sooo on sooo kindely tk sone better step to solve this probleuum orr better to go to consumer court
