Purchased a micromax optical modem (USB DATA CARD MICROMAX BSNL 3G) Model MMX-310 G (IMEI 910532500795332) from INFO SELLER, 45/4 SANGAM PLAZA, 34 LALBAGH, LUCKNOW via bill no. CM/4676/10-11 of Book no 94 on 24-12. The modem became out of order on 14-3. It was handed over to official service center and receipt no 1491549 was obtained in which the center representative refused to put closure date. On complaining, he assured to replace the modem within 21 days. After 21 days on enquiring via telephone it was brought to notice that the telephone number (written by the representative on the receipt 0522-3910606) is a personal number and is in no way related to micromax service centre. After making a lot of enquiries the actual telephone number (0522-4104606) was discovered. On contacting this telephone number again 7 days time was asked. this extension of time is continued till today. In the mean time it was told by some other people standing in the service centre that the centre replaces the usb or mobile sets under warranty at their will and company norms in replacement are not followed.

I am very desperate and very much angry the way the Micromax Company is making a fool of its customers and not listening to their grevances. Hope, if Company is dealing honestly with the Customer Complaints, a firm and desicive action must be taken against the owners of Service Station of Lalbagh, Lucknow.
