"Planet M" providing duplicate earphones and saying we are not responsible

Purchased handset Micro max q3 on 22 august... they provided me duplicate earphone... when i went next day guys said its the original 1 which company provides...

I came back any how managed few months and purchased ipod cz of sound issue.

after sometime when i went for repairing due to various issues i told the service center guys sound also comes less in earphone..they said its not original...

I went to planet M (jeevan bima nagar tippsandra, bangalore) they said we r not responsible for that even the manager to whom i talked in phone also said the same thing... so is it customers fault???

I said I will complaint in consumer forum they said do what u can we dont fear...

they gave number after huge arument (fraud person name vijay&08041644361 and 08095888818)... please take strict action against them... and help me in getting my original earphone... and provide me any high authorities number...
