Unable to access the call conferencing, 3 uploaded softwares nuibuz, opera, msn and non function of both sim at same time

Dear Sir,

I am using MICromax Q3 phone as seen in ads and confirm by the dealer/operator of micromax q3 that the handset is capable of doing call conferencing and can be used to acess the two sim at the same time but during one sim in process i cant not receive call in waiting on another no. so its useless even the three inbulit software Nimbuz, opera mini and msn browswer are also not working.
