After sale service

I purchased micromax Q3 on 13/12 and i found that there is problem in the set. the set was given to service centre on 26/12 (job sheet number MRT-299) they kept this set for more then one month and returned back on 6/02. but this time the set was in worst condition and i returned it back on 9/02 (job sheet number: MRT-2112) and up till now i havent received any message from therward and when i call, they give me excuses like, in the company the holi holidays are going on.

can anybody tell me in INDIA how many days are for holi holidays.

I request to Consumer forum pleasr help me out.
