HI this is Sangeetha from chennai, I purchased 2 mobile handsets of Micromax from a local vendor in chennai, one in last july and other in last August, i started using both one mobile had touch pad issue so gave it for service and got back after a month and it stopped working in few weeks, when we took it for repair in the authorised service centre in chennai (where i was repaired earlier) they said that they will not be able to repair without the job sheet which was not given earlier, Lost a 5, 000 there, they asked me to pay 1500 to get the issue fixed which i said No as it had free service for a year, The next one had sound issue gave it for repair a month later to the day i gave the first mobile for repair got back in a month, in a month time the display was gone gave for repir in May they accepted that for repair, Job sheet number:12395, Deprosys technology, did not reciev for a month or so Launched a complint got back the mobile on August 19 th, the handset is not mine, the color and the model is the same but it has phots, videos and messsages from some other number and it has lot of confidential messages, the mobile is damaged
they have cheated me for almost 6 months its only a year since i purchased the products but they have been in the service station for more than 6 months, Ridiculous and now i have a handset which is not mine,
