Faulty LCD Display Bad Service Centre at Jayanager, B'lore

I had bought MicorMax Q5fb handset on 18/09 at the Poorvika Mobiles shop.

Issue 1:

Everything except 'Nimbuzz' app was working good. Poorvika guys have no clue about why the 'Nimbuzz' is not working at all.

Issue 2:

Just after 25 days of the purchase, the LCD display also went wrong. (i.e) Showing up a blank white screen and I could not view any menus on screen.

The very next day, I visited the MicroMax service centre, JayaNager, B'lore. I gave my MicroMax Q5fb handset on 11th Oct at MicroMax Service Centre, in JayaNager, B'lore. And I was informed to check with them for the status after two days. I tried to call them from the 3rd day to till now the problem is not got resolved. I being informed to call them every next day to enquire about this. Was very much frustrated with the service centre.

I need to sort out this issue and should get the compensation for the delay.
