I had bought MicorMax Q5fb handset on 18/09/2010 at the Poorvika Mobiles shop.
Everything except 'Nimbuzz' app was working good. Poorvika guys have no clue about why the 'Nimbuzz' is not working at all.
Just after 25 days of the purchase, the LCD display also went wrong. (i.e) Showing up a blank white screen and I could not view any menus on screen.
The very next day, I visited the MicroMax service centre, JayaNager, B'lore. I gave my MicroMax Q5fb handset on 11th Oct 2010 at MicroMax Service Centre, in JayaNager, B'lore. And I was informed to check with them for the status after two days. I tried to call them from the 3rd day to till now the problem is not got resolved. I being informed to call them every next day to enquire about this. Was very much frustrated with the service centre.
I need to sort out this issue and should get the compensation for the delay.
