Dear Sir,

I have visited your customer service centre situated at Guru Nanakpura by your authorised dealer named Mr Kashyap (9212498196) & Mr Gopal there, { Shop no B-36, Guru Nankakpura Opp. V3 S Mall..Opp. Maharaja Banket Hall, Lakshmi nagar-92 } of my Micromax Q 5 Hand set, IMEI NO IS 910535600375244/RECEIPT NO 193// SERIAL NO:3888 (given to him for change the boll of set on dt 02 aug 11 he ask me to take the hand se on dt 30 aug 11. I visited them again n again but they delayed me of one month. At end they having a old set with repaired but it is not same of mine IMEI NO IS 910535600375244.so they said u take it now, we have only this set is with us... they lost my phone somewhere.

so i refuse to take it from them... it is rightnow with them...

So now i have only the way to get help from consumer forum for un-neccessary harssment & incovinence to the customer by your authorised service centre. & need my phone back or money back...
