I had online purchased Micromax Q5C mobile from Infibeam on 14-04, but this mobile was having hanging problem, but in may first week mobile gone dead on 4-05. submitted in service center for repair, i got that mobile on 30-05, but again on 02-06, for that i tried to write mail to Micromax customer service center, they played game till 07-05 told me to redeposit mobile in service center, then i deposited mobile on 08-07, on 09-11 i sent mail to them attaching the invioce copy, they asked me 1 week time to solve the problem, but after 1 week i called to customer care again asked me 24 hour time but when i called today (18-07) they are telling to wait for one more week . from last month i am getting my mobile back, after getting also mobile will have problem and infibeem people just raised there hand and told me that they cant do anything, i need to contact directly to micromax.
Kindly take action over Micromax and Infibeam, that they both are cheeting customer and looting money with customer.
Kindly Take serious action over those company.
