Micromax Q5 fb

I bought micromax Q5fb handset on 25/03. Just within 2 weeks its camera stopped working, though it got corrected latter but harware quality is questionable.

Then its trackball started creating trouble just 2 months before the expiry of warranty period. Since then I am calling their authorised service center (Infinity solutions, Pune) and they are just giving false promisses it will available on next tuesday, next week and so on. I've complaint about this to the company through a mail but they are also not responding.

Please help.
