SUB: VENDOR DOESN'T RESPOND TO THE CUSTOMER'S PROBLEMS
I PURCHASED A MOBILE (MICRO-MAX Q5FB) IN THE OCTOBER LAST YEAR, 40 DAYS BACK MY HAND SET'S CHARGER PIN WAS BROKEN. I WAS TOLD AT THE MICRO MAX AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER RAJAHMUNDRY, THAT THIS PROBLEM DOESN'T COME IN THE WARRANTY AND I HAD TO RECTIFY IT THERE ITSELF WITH MY OWN EXPENSES. AFTER 20 DAYS ANOTHER PROBLEM RAISED WITH THE SCROLLER AND VIBRATION. AND WHEN I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE MOBILE WAS ALREADY OPENED ONCE AND THE WARRANTY WON'T BE SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
