Mobile service in warranty period

Dear Sir/Mam,

I bought a Micromax Q7 model 2months back and it went automatically to DEAD.I have submitted my mobile to service centre on 04/12 for repairing and Service. and the mobile is in warranty. I Called them up several times, even had called to customer care (Delhi) again & again but could not get repaired till date. It’s been more than a month already and no progress at all.

Now I am forced to complain in cosumer forum against micromax services.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
