I called up the Philips Customer Care Number 1800 102 2929 a while ago & spoke to your Miss Anuradha and have discussed the issue.

Please take immidate action in this regard, else I am approaching consumer Court because I am out of patience.

No technician should be before 8:00pm on any of the working days (Monday till Saturday) for installation, which please note.

As intimated to your Mr. Pravin, it will not be possible to entertain any of your technicians before 8:00pm any day from Monday till SAturday.

Keeping this in mind, I was wanting the installation to be done on 01.01. which was for some reason not attended with.

No one in my house, will entertain any of your person, without me being present.

So, to avoid complications, please send some one after 8:00 pm today itself and that too after calling me.

Your Mr. Pravin called 1:03 pm and I have categorically told him to visist only after 8:00pm.

By this mail, I request you to get the installation done today itself, to avoid complications.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please not ethat I have purchased Philips 5.1 channel Home Thearter from Big Bazaar on 25.12.2010 for which I got the delivery on 28.12.2010.

Since then no one from your service center bothereed to ewven call for installation.

Any ways, today morning I got a call from your service center at Swastik Char Rasta, near Municipal Market, Ahmedabad seeking time for installation which I specified that any time before 5:00 pm today. Call came from number 07926464769 at 10:57 am.

After making several calls to the same number around 4pm, I was intimated that the engineer has already left for the installation. Till 5:10pm no one turned up & called the same number again.

some Mr. Pravin called from 9825733664 at 5:30 pm from saying that he would visit the house before 6:30pm which was not acceptable to me.

I told him to come on Monday after 8:00pm which he refused & when I said I would lodge complaint against him, he said to go ahead.

Please take this matter seriously as I have paid Rs.7990.00 and even after so many days has passed, the unit is not installed. If the same is not installed latest by 3.1. I shall have no option but to aproach appropraite forum.

From 10:57 am till 5:00 pm, is I think is good enough time for installation.
