I have purchase Q7 mobile in which there is a network problem after 3 months, i have submitted the mobile in orissa enterprise, berhampur, orissa (micro max check point) on 29th december till now i haven/t received the infomation when i'll be able to get phone, they are just creating confusion by saying "take headoffice no."
or "you have to call our area manager" or "hame patta nahi hai to kab mother board part ayega"
Sir, this teatment is very frustating, kindly help.
