I have purchased a Q7 Micfromax Handset from Saravana Stores, T. Nagar ten days back. On charging it I found it took more than 10 to 12 hours. When I dialled the customer care number, there was totally no response and the IVRS was just looping to pre-recorded voices adding fuel to the fire. The way they advertise in media and fool the ignorant public makes me think like filing a consumer complaint against the company, for replacement and for mental agony.
A mobile company of this statures needs to address the customers appropriately and be responsive through their customer care. It is a pity that we are getting carried away by the advertisements in media and getting our pockets emptied sans return.
I terribly feel sorry having bought Micromax Qy and would advise all against such proposal.
