I have purchased Anjali non stick 6Pcs from Home Shop 18, Noida. Product code: 14J10-Anji. This payment for Rs. 1999/- I made through cash on dated: 17-Aug-10. Wide Order No. 900270357
Product I received on dated: 17-Aug-10, but the product was not in good condition. One of its soucer pot was dented. Therefore I return this product very next day on 19-Aug via TNT POD No. DO7683668WW, as referred by HomeShop18, Noida. And I requested Homeshop18 for replacement. My request no is: 74099.
As per TNT POD this product reached to its destination on 21-Aug as per reference no 340731.
As per Home Shop 18 they will replace the subject product within 96hours after they received the product back. But there is no any replacement till dated. Please get my pan return as early as possible.
