I have emailed the following to one of the managers from Micromax mobile.

I'm Hemant, I had purchased Micromax W900 handset at given date (present in the excel sheet herewith), It started giving me trouble after a week causing me to give it to the registered service center at thane named "Max com"(Pachpakhadi, Thane) for servicing, But since then, it's been more than one & half month I have not received any positive reply either from "Max com" or "Micromax" (mobile company). I have got lot of unnecessary headache due to unprofessional management from micromax mobile company, Micromax Helpline also does not answer by anyone for long time, It keeps you waiting for infinite time. Due to ignorance & this unprofessional working from Micromax I have faced a big unexceptional loss of approximately Rs.50, 00000 for the current month of August (I have been told to get the phone repaired after 20 days from the date of submitting it to the service center mentioned above), I have already sent Micromax the legal notice from the Mumbai court mentioning above copy. Please take appropriate action & let me know anything related to this through email or written letter or If you can please take the assistance of any high court lawyer for further disputes.

I'm really pissed off with Micromax,
I think they should stop fooling Indian consumers.
