I had bought two W900 phones of Micromax windows 6.1.
There was a problem with both of them from day one. One of the phones had a network problem i.e. no signal. The other one had a defective screen and the software would hang.
I visited the companies website and left a complaint there giving all the details. even after 1 week I did not get a reply.
I found a service center. Their service center took the phones for repairs in the month of Feb

29-03: Called they said the mobiles are ready.
01-04: Went to collect in one mobile the screen brightness had not been corrected. In the other one the MMC was not working. They said to collect in 1 week.
22-04: Called Mohinudin said second mobile not ready will take 1 week.
07-04: Called they said not done collect next week.
07-05: Went to collect after calling and confirming that the phones are ready. Both the phones were still in the same state. I told them to write the comments and the status of the phones on their job card but they refused. They said they will repair the phones in 1 week.
The smart thing I did was to record all the call and also make a video of my visit to the service center.
I have decided to take them to court for what they have done with me. Should it really take a company 4 months to repair a phone.
