I by name Aruna Sukeerthi.g purchased a Micromax x225 mobile on 26th of september. it is a dual sim handset. As the service provider said that it does not have the GPRS compatibility i have retured to the authorised service cenre named' Nikhila Enterprises'. They sent the mobile handset along with the battery, as its backup is about only 15hours, to the company. I have got back my handset with batttery after a month. I have noticed that my mobile IMEI numbers 910001042808870 and 910001042908878 have been changed to 910001041945970 and 910001042045978 respectively. I asked the person at service center regarding, he said that there will be a change of phone board hence so. but after 1st december i came to know that this mobile have invalid IMEI numbers according to government rules. I already informed the same to the company through its web portal. but I did not get any information of helping me out. I request you to take action regarding. I need a phone to be replaced with valid IMEI number.
