Micro max, X250
Service center not responding properly (making the issue form min so max)

On 06/11/010 i found a defect in my mobile, micro max X250, as it was found that as error called 404, which was displayed on the screen so i responded to it and submitted to the service center near rajajinagar, Bangalore.

by the name of the service center called...

SHREE MOBILE CARE

NO-433/35, 1ST 'N' BLOCK,

10TH CROSS, RAJAJINAGAR,

BANGALORE-560010.

CONTACT NO: 9845064795, 9241177789.

so from that day till today when ever i respond to the center. The center is revoking with different scenario so i am fed up of it and also gave him the warning that i will report to consumer court, but the service center is not at all responding to my wording and not getting my handset back also...

so i request you the respond as early as possible...
