The Technical Support Person Won't Providing any Job Status Report and without any intimation he has resolved one issue Regards My Micromax Mobile X285 Handset and without telling about the things which technical person had damaged while repairing of my Micrmax X285 Mobile for which after that my Mobile won't get initialized when i connect it to my Computer and also Torch won't working. After repair he spoke rudely won't bring this Mobile after this if having any issue's it will not be repaired under warranty why you get purchased such cheap handset if having any issues service center is not responsible to provide any support to such type of handsets. The Mobile has created issue after every 15 day's also spoked to Micromax Customer care in front of that technical support person from service center, but then also their was no solution provided.
If Service Center Technical Support Person itself tells it is a cheap type of Handset, then what if we are purchasing this type of Mobile For For 2500 /- and after that we are not getting the benefits of Money which we have spend. We should be aware and won't purchase MICROMAX Mobile type in future.
